Terms and Conditions

1- Prestige Bonbon VIP (https://www.prestige-bonbon.vip%29/ is the trade name for our business, which is located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jeddah.

2- This store is documented in the Saudi Business Center, which is organizationally linked to the Council of Economic and Development Affairs https://business.sa%2C/ as well as Maroof platform https://maroof.sa/ in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3- The user must be 18 years or older.

4- This product is not subject to cancellation, replacement or modification after receiving the payment due to the nature of the product.

5-Customer can choose the date & time of delivery (orders that are opened 3pm earlier will be delivered the next day at 6pm, if they are less than 400 riyals).

6- Payment by transfer to (Al-Rajhi Bank, IBAN: SA8580000314608016215171) or (mobile +966570391910 STC pay) or bank cards (the payment link will be sent to email, mobile SMS, and WhatsApp).

7- The order number and a copy of the bank transfer or information of the payer of the invoice amount if the payment was made by bank card or other methods must be sent to WhatsApp +966570391910.

8- The store has the right to amend prices, products or terms and conditions whenever it wants and it is the responsibility of the customer to verify the updated information in the store.

9- If an error occurs in any information in the store, the store has the right to update it, for example, prices.

10- The exchange or return of the order is forbidden after receiving it because of the nature of the product.

11- Opening a purchase order does not mean that the store has accepts the order. The order is accepted by the store after issuing the purchase invoice and the invoice has been sent to the customer by the store. The invoice is not valid until after paying its value according to the payment methods that have been approved by the store.

12- The store has the right to cancel the purchase order and return the invoice amount to the customer if a circumstance occurred outside the store’s control that prevented it from executing the order.

13- The customer must specify the date and time for delivering the order to the customer’s address and this date and time is not considered approved by the store untill the store confirms the order and sends the invoice to the customer’s phone and e-mail registered with the store.

14- The delivery date for customers outside Jeddah Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and customers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia depends on the schedules of available shipping companies and the customer will be informed of all information so the customer must follow up his order. In the event that the order is delayed for 15 days from the date specified by the shipping companies to deliver the order to the customer, the customer has the right to request a refund for the amount of the order after the store makes sure from the shipping companies that the customer has not received the order. If the order reaches the customer’s city, the customer must wait another 10 days.
